Are You A Centurist?
A New Ph(r)ase In Healthcare
CENTURIST: noun; derived from century (100 years); ist; suffix: a person who practices or is concerned with something.
A New Phrase For A New Phase In Healthcare
Prior to 2019 the word Centurist did not exist. We felt it appropriate to create an identity that best describes a service that provides the critical means to optimize longevity with vigor and cognition. We firmly believe that in the 21st century, with the incredible technological and pharmaceutical advances available, life to age 100, or a century, and beyond is not only possible but should be expected.

A Centurist, therefore, is someone who subscribes to the three facet plan as we’ve laid out. First, pro-actively consider day to day lifestyle, health parameters and medication regimens, recognizing that our physiology is aging every day and what we do daily is cumulative and sets the trajectory for the years to come. Five minute visits every 6 months in a practitioner’s office will probably not be enough to assure your daily care is optimal.

Second, when acute illness strikes optimize your chance of best outcome. Relying on the healthcare system to automatically provide the best is fraught with danger. We designed our service to provide a personal advocate independent of the healthcare system to help you navigate and choose your best options in the ER, ICU or operation room.

Third, seek a science expert who can best sort through the troves of vitamin and supplement claims to determine the best regimen for you to provide longevity with physical vigor and retained brain strength. Anti-aging research is copious and prolific with new data every day. What should you focus on and what should you avoid?
